Hi everyone:  The other day Susan Lilley posted a reply to the listserv
referring to a publication called "Evaluating Collaboratives," from the
University of Wisconsin Extension Department.  I have found the document she
was referring to and thought I would pass on the URL in case others would be
interested....there are several other evaluation documents they have
available....
