I wrote to CMA, CPS and to Royal College last fall.  Neither replied.  A
copy also went to Minister of Finance, who/which also did not reply.  I
would agree that a concerted effort be made to either strike an organization
similar to THET or HVO which funding can be passed through or otherwise
managed to result in a full ta deduction, or just to allow Revenue Canada,
by it's new name, to allow it.  The challenge for Canada will be a system
which is trustworthy for Finance.

I attach my letter.
