newsletter and website archive.

Nutrition News Focus is written by Dr. David Klurfeld, head of the
Department of Food and Nutrition Science at Wayne State University.  The
newsletter is not connected with the University.

The focal idea of the newsletter is to give its readers the tools to parse
and make use of the nutrition news reported in the media every day.  Dr.
Klurfeld teaches his readers how to assign weight to various studies
reported in the news, how to identify "waffle words," how to seperate good
information from myth.
