I have come across some remarkable resources on inequality, poverty and
social health available on the Internet. The Brink and Stanford papers, for
example document provincial changes in social health in Canada.  The
Luxembourg papers provide stark evidence of the differences in poverty and
inequality rates between North American and European countries.
