Hi Nicole,
My honours thesis, completed last year, focused on the extent of collaboration
between local government officers and community health stakeholders. The aim of the
study was to describe and analyse factors influencing the effectiveness of the
collaborative relationships between the local government officers and stakeholders.
I used an extremely useful framework to analyse my findings:

Harris, E., Wise, M., Hawe, P., Finlay, P. & Nutbeam, D.(1995) Working together:
Intersectoral action for health. Australian Government Publishing Service, Canberra.

ISBN 0 644 35679 0

I have a comprehensive reference list from my research. I would be happy to send you
this directly rather than to the mailing list as the attachment will be somewhat
large. Please contact me directly if you would like the reference list.

Regards,
Alana
