Hi everybody,</DIV>

I am the Physical Activity Health Promoter at the Haldimand-Norfolk Health
Unit. One of my colleagues is looking to set up a lending library for a
Women's Substance Abuse Relapse Prevention group. So we are looking for
ideas for physical activity and stress related resources that she can
purchase. If anyone has any suggestions for videos, books, and other
printed materials it would be greatly appreciated.</DIV>

Thank you in advance,</DIV>
