Martin, you may want to contact Ralf Jurgens at the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network in Montreal. Athough they focus
on legal, etchical and human rights issues mainly, I would not at all be surprised that the broad determinants of
health arguments have been used successfully in their arguments.
