The Planning Committee of the Canadian Conference on International Health is pleased to
offer subscribers an extension of the early registration rate. All subscribers who identify
themselves on their registration form with accompanying payment will be entitled to register

d'offrir aux souscripteurs de Synergie-en-direct une prolongation de tarifs reduits. Les
souscripteurs qui s'identifieront eux-memes comme tel sur le formulaire d'inscription auront
jusqu'au mercredi, le 1 novembre 2000 pour payer leur inscription au tarif reduit. Veuillez
