It seems that we need regular reminders to CLICK4HP health promotion
listserv about how to manage your subscription.
As CLICK4HP, like all listservs, major domo lists and list-procs, is an
automated Listserv with a computer that responds to commands by the
subscriber - you must tell the Listserver, not the listmembers, what you
need to do. The 700+ members of the list cannot help you in removing you
from the list. The listowners can delete or add, but only you can set other
options in your own subscription.

For future reference for managing your subscription options, here is a
repeat of a recent message to the list. The commands that are noted below
are useful for *any* listserv - just substitute the domain name (email
address that appears after the @ sign) and put in the listname where
CLICK4HP appears.

If you ever have questions - please contact the List-Owners directly (rather
than all 700+ subscribers) by sending your message to:
[log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]>

Here's a compilation of the most popular commands that you can use to manage
your subscription. Remember that the email address is not the same one as
sending to the whole list of 710 subscribers.

To *join and leave* this list-serv, a subscriber has two options:

1. Subscribe or Unsubscribe themselves by sending a command to the
ListServer [*not* to everyone on the discussion list] which is at a
different email address -

[log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]> .

Leave the subject line blank, and in the body of the message, type only

Subscribe Click4hp Your Name OR

UNSUBSCRIBE Click4HP

OR

2. If your email address has changed, or you have somehow misplaced or not
saved the list-serv address - then contact the list-owners by sending an
email message to - [log in to unmask]
<mailto:[log in to unmask]> or directly to us - Alison Stirling <
[log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]> >, Sam Lanfranco <
[log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]> > or Liz Rykert < [log in to unmask]
<mailto:[log in to unmask]> > and we will DELETE or ADD you. It is all we
really can do - delete, and add, or write messages like this ;-)

If your email address has *changed* and you want to change your subscription
options, then you can :

1. set your email address/reply to in your email system to your previous
address, send a message to the [log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]>
with the message (no subject) UNSUBscribe Click4HP.

2. reset your email address/reply to in your email system to your new
address, send a message to the [log in to unmask] <mailto:[log in to unmask]>
with the message (no subject) SUBscribe Click4HP Your Name. It will read
your email address from your message and send you a message asking for
confirmation of your subscription. Then you can make adjustments to your
subscription as described below.

OR

3. Ask us, your list facilitators, to make this change for you - deleting
your old address, and adding your new one.

There are many things that you can do with your subscription, that are
adjusted only by you sending commands to <mailto:[log in to unmask]>
[log in to unmask] Remember to leave the subject line blank and to suppress
your signature file/ These include:

Set Click4HP Digest - to get all the messages that come in one day in one
message that goes out at midnight

Set Click4HP NoDigest - to get the messages as they come in

Review Click4HP - to see a list of all of the subscribers on the list, who
are not "concealed"

Set Click4HP Conceal - to "hide" your name and email address from any
subscriber who may wish to 'review' the list. Note that *only* list
subscribers can Review the subscribers list.

Set Click4HP NoMail - to stop receiving the messages while you are away for
an extended period of time.

Set Click4HP Mail - to start receiving the messages when you return.

Only you can make these modifications - other members on Click4HP and the
list-owners cannot do it for you. If you ever have any questions about your
subscription - please do contact the list-owners directly at the above
addresses or through [log in to unmask]
<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

You can also get a more detailed list of commands from [log in to unmask]
<mailto:[log in to unmask]> with the command (remember to leave the subject
line blank)
