Hi everyone,

Last week, I asked for sample health department/unit -wide communication
plans. Thanks to all those who sent me plans and potential leads/contacts.
Some people wrote to me asking for clarification on what I was looking for.
Specifically I am talking about a communication plan for the whole health
department. A plan that will position the department as a knowledgable and
credible source of health information , will enable staff to develop more
effective communications and will include things like uniform standards( eg
corporate look, literacy levels).

Any actual plans, or contact information for people who have done such
plans, would be appreciated.

Let me know if you would like more information.

Thanks,

Jodi Thesenvitz
