McMaster University in Hamilton has a very good Nurse Practitioner program.

I would recommend contacting U of T Nursing
department.  They are one of the most established
nurse practitioner programs, however there are others
that I am sure the people at U of T could put you in
touch with.  I'm not sure of numbers, names etc as I
have been out of nursing for a while.  Good luck.
