After many months of waiting, the "Business Case for Active Living at Work"
has been launched by Health Canada this morning. It is a web site
(www.activelivingatwork.com) containing lots of information on the benefits
of having physically active employees. The web site contains lots of
research summaries, case studies of exemplary workplaces and some
"ready-to-use" resources such as a good basic Powerpoint presentation to
help build your case.

The "Business Case" doesn't have all the answers, but it will certainly help
you cost-justify the efforts put toward physical activity promotion.
