The Board of Directors of the Canadian Mental Health Association/
Peterborough Branch is seeking  the services of a consultant to assist the
organization in meeting it’s Strategic Business Plan Development.

C.M.H.A. Peterborough is a charitable non profit community based mental
health agency that  provides direct support services, housing and health
promotion programs to the most seriously mentally ill and dual diagnosed
populations.

Services  required include the four phases of strategic business planning,
strategic planning, planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Steps
will begin with a strategic assessment. Vision, values, mission, mandate
development, planning and action  plan as well as evaluation and continuous
improvement.


Kindly Submit  by  December 31/00  your vitae curriculum outlining
qualifications, work related experience and a work plan outlining a guide
for the strategic business plan, phase plan development, estimated time
requirements including prep time, overall costing and previous  references
