I think that this message is particularly unfair as information as how to
leave the list has been regularly posted, not everyday of course !
I just happen to have kept one of these messages that I have copied below :

Bonne journee

In response to the recent posting to the list to "unsubscribe", here is are
some of the Click4HP list-facilitators regular Tips for Managing your
List-Serv subscription.

To *join and leave* this list-serv, a subscriber has two options:

1. Subscribe or Unsubscribe themselves by sending a command to the
ListServer [*not* to everyone on the discussion list] which is at a
different email address -
[log in to unmask] .
Leave the subject line blank, and in the body of the message, type only
Subscribe Click4hp Your Name OR
Unsubscribe Click4HP

OR

2. If your email address has changed, or you have somehow misplaced or not
saved the list-serv address - then contact the list-owners by sending an
email message to - [log in to unmask]
or directly to us - Alison Stirling <[log in to unmask]>, Sam Lanfranco
<[log in to unmask]> or Liz Rykert <[log in to unmask]>
and we will DELETE or ADD you.
It is all we really can do - delete, and add, or write messages like this
;-)

If your email address has *changed* and you want to change your subscription
options, then you can :

1. set your email address/reply to in your email system to your previous
address, send a message to the [log in to unmask] with the message (no
subject) UNSUBscribe Click4HP.

2. reset your email address/reply to in your email system to your new
address, send a message to the [log in to unmask] with the message (no
subject) SUBscribe Click4HP Your Name. It will read your email address from
your message and send you a message asking for confirmation of your
subscription. Then you can make adjustments to your subscription as
described below.
OR

3. Ask us, your list facilitators, to make this change for you - deleting
your old address, and adding your new one.

There are many things that you can do with your subscription, that are
adjusted only by you sending commands to the [log in to unmask], *not* to the
whole list! Remember to leave the subject line blank and to suppress your
signature file/ These include:

Set Click4HP NoMail - to stop receiving the messages while you are away for
an extended period of time. This is especially useful in summer vacation
times.
Set Click4HP Mail - to start receiving the messages when you return.

Set Click4HP Digest - to get all the messages that come in one day in one
message that goes out at midnight
Set Click4HP NoDigest - to get the messages as they come in

Review Click4HP - to see a list of all of the subscribers on the list, who
are not "concealed"

Set Click4HP Conceal - to "hide" your name and email address from any
subscriber who may wish to 'review' the list. Note that *only* list
subscribers can Review the subscribers list.

Only you can make these modifications - other members on Click4HP and the
list-owners cannot do it for you. If you ever have any questions about your
subscription - please do contact the list-owners directly at the above
addresses or through [log in to unmask]

Thanks - let's keep the discussion going!

Alison Stirling
