For your info ...
1. There is an article on resilient communities on the Canadian Policy
Research networks site --
http://www.cprn.org/cprn.html -- follow the link under the "what's New"
section to the "Previous What's New" page -- the document is listed as
Resilient Communities
2. The Sparrow Lake Alliance has a document by Paul D. Steinhauer titled
"Methods for Developing Resiliency in Children
from Disadvantaged Populations" - http://www.sparrowlake.org/docs/resil.htm
3. Health Canada has the following page with some good links -
http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hppb/childhood-youth/cyfh/child_and_youth/mental_heal
th/resiliency/selected-bibliography.html
(follow the web resources link)
Hope this helps ...

Although the information is evaluative, you might find something on this
site: http://www.aspenroundtable.org/vol1/index.htm
I would be interested in hearing if you find out something specific to your
question.

Subject: Resiliency Campaigns
Hi there:
I'm wondering if anyone out there would have information on social marketing
approaches used in resiliency campaigns?
The Alberta Mental Health Board is working in partnership with AADAC - (and
other agencies) to develop a promotion campaign directed towards adults -
encouraging them to make a difference in the lives of children and move them
toward action.
Essentially, the campaign is directed towards developing supportive
environments that enhance child development in the community. I'd be
interested to see what else has existed in Canada ... thanks!
