Farell, Kratzmann, McWilliam, Robinson, Saunders, Ticknor & White
(2002)

Compiling this resource guide was undertaken as part of a graduate
course at Dalhousie University in measurement and evaluation. The
purpose of this project is to provide an accessible, user-friendly
evaluation resource guide for community-based organizations. Basic
definitions, frameworks, and examples from community, academic and
internet resources are included. Our hope is that this guide will make
planning and completing evaluations a more manageable task.
