Dear Subscribers,

Yesterday was a typical day at CLICK4HP. There were 8 postings and about
500+ lines of text. Just under half of that text was an appended
re-posting of a previous posting, as a result of hitting reply and
automatically including the previous postion. In all most all cases the
copy of the previous posting was not necessary to make the point of the
reply.

When possible, take the extra couple of seconds to delete the unnecessary
material appended to your posting. The result will be the same content in
a shorter and more readable format. In some cases you may want to simply
reset your local email preferences/options to not automatically include a
copy the the incoming message in your reply. Cut, Paste, and Delete are
easy to use - consider using them.
