I would be intrigued as well.  I recently suggested to a visitor from
outside Canada that
"Health Promotion in Canada" had been so relegated to the margins in health
policy and research
that it was beginning to resemble "health promotion" in the USA  -- that is
showing NO interest in
strengthening communities, building healthy policy policy or creating
supportuve environments
and this was especially  the case in public health circles.  I would love
to be proven wrong!
