I apologize for sending multiple messages regarding the definition of
'excluded youth.'
In response to each message the listserv would send me a message that my
posting was successfully distributed, then a few minutes later it would
send me a message saying my posting was rejected.???
I wrongfully assumed my message wasn't getting through. I only receive
the digest version so now I see that indeed each message was posted &
reposted ...

I think it was on this discussion group where I read the following
quote:

"Everything that needs to be said has already been said, but since
no-one was listening, it must be said again"
I used the quote in the closing remarks at a conference.
(but I promise not to repost the same message on excluded youth)
 :-)
