the vega.ts.yorku.ca terminal server out of service for hardware
maintenance (replacement of a cooling fan).  The following services
will be affected:

        IPNET dialin     - some ports unresponsive - hang-up and call again
        cbx9600.yorku.ca - unavailable - try again after 03:00
        vtam.yorku.ca    - unavailable - try again after 03:00
