We have had a rash of 'out-of-office' replies and 'signoff' messages being
erroneously sent to the entire list of 750+ subscribers to the CLICK4HP
listserv. *** Please take note of the following instructionsand email
addresses*** for unsubscribing/signing off; for setting your list
subscription to NOMAIL while you are on holiday, and for contacting the
list-owners and facilitators when you have any questions and problems!

* Most important - the ListServ email address for all commands related to
your subscription is not the Click4HP address - it is as follows:

[log in to unmask]

1. To Unsubscribe or SignOff of the Click4HP list, send an email message to
the Listserver - [log in to unmask]
Leave the Subject Line blank (this is very important!)
In the body of the message type only
      UNSUB CLICK4HP
      end
       or
      SIGNOFF CLICK4HP
      end

By including the word end after the command, you are indicating that the
listserver should ignore everything that follows - such as a signature file
or the ad attached to web-mail messages (such as hotmail or yahoo mail).

2. To Set Your Subscription so that you receive NO email messages from
Click4HP, but remain a member of the list - very helpful for when you are on
holiday and wish to reduce the amount of email coming in, and prevent any
'out-of-office automated replies to e-list messages - please send an email
message to the Listserver - [log in to unmask]
        Leave the Subject Line Blank
In the body of the message type only
        SET CLICK4HP NOMAIL

when you return, send an email to the ListServer and in the message put in
SET CLICK4HP MAIL

3. If you are having difficulties in subscribing or unsubscribing, or in
posting messages to the list, please contact the list-owners and
facilitators by sending an email to [log in to unmask]
We cannot set your subscription to 'No Mail', but we can delete and add
people and explain how to post and what works best in posting messages.

Let's keep the discussion flowing and reduce the unnecessary volume. Enjoy
the solstice and the longest day of the year!
