The Canadian Medical Association is seeking nominations for its annual
Award for Excellence in Health Promotion. The award is open to residents
of Canada who are not health professionals or employed in the health
sector but who have demonstrated a firm commitment to health promotion and
have brought about change that has the potential to result in positive,
long-term improvement to the health of Canadians.

Nominations must be received on or before November 30.

Appel de candidatures pour un prix en promotion de la santé de
l'association médicale canadienne:

L'Association médicale canadienne sollicite des candidatures pour son Prix
annuel d'excellence en promotion de la santé. Sont admissibles les
résidents du Canada qui ne sont ni professionnels de la santé ni employés
dans le secteur de la santé, mais qui ont démontré leur engagement ferme
envers la promotion de la santé et ont été à l'origine de changements qui
pourront éventuellement produire une amélioration positive à long terme de
la santé des Canadiens.

Les candidatures doivent nous parvenir au plus tard le 30 novembre.
