Hello everyone, Christopher Wood here again.
Thank you for your suggestions about CHC's.
I am now wanting to define poverty for a pilot in order to provide
medications to the homeless and to those who struggle with poverty in
inner Calgary. I understand that the shelters in Ontario can be used as
an address, in order to receive a "medical card". That opportunity has
not yet arisen in Alberta. In order to receive social assistance, one
must have or be pursuing an "address". The barriers which exist for
people to access appropriate medications are great. We are trying to
address them at CUPS Community Health Centre, with many other stake
holders involved. I welcome any feedback that you may have.

In Health,

Chris
