In order to perform necessary hardware upgrades, the computer system
that handles updates and changes to ResNet and Laptops@York user
information will be offline Friday March 8, 7:00am - 10:00am. Any
changes that people make to their Laptops@York or ResNet information
through MAYA will not take affect until after the 10am service
outage.

People who have already registered their computer(s) to work with
the Laptops@York service or the ResNet service will NOT be affected
by this service interruption.

The ResNet service and the Laptops@York service will be operational
during the hardware upgrades. The only thing current users will not
be able to do is change their ResNet or Laptops@York information, or
add new information.  New users who have not registered online for
ResNet and/or Laptops@York will still be able to register online
through MAYA, but that new information will not be processed until
after the upgrade at 10am.
