It appears that York's Internet Service Provider (ONet), is
experiencing network problems.  These problems are negatively
impacting Internet access for all ONet users (Ontario education
institutions), including York.

Unfortunately, since the problem is upstream from York, there is
nothing York can do to fix this problem.

ONet has confirmed the problem, and is working to fix it as soon as
possible.
