Very well put Dr Levy - I am proud of the work that I do in both tobacco use prevention and heart health at a population based level. I enjoy the perspectives of all, but I dislike the criticism of where I put efforts on a daily basis. As an educator, I feel it is important to have open discussion, but not at the expense of any one group, and certainly not at the expense of public health.
