Hi,


I am wondering if people might have information on the LEAP program in
Ontario, or similar programs elsewhere.

The Ontario Government announced in their spring budget the following:

"The "Learning, Earning and Parenting (LEAP)" Program will provide $25
million in child care subsidies and other supports for single parents on
welfare to help them finish school."

I am wondering if anyone is providing the parenting part of the program or
knows anything about it, how does it work.
