What are peoples views on repeated cross sectional surveys - not same
sample but using same first stage sampling units from one survey to the
next e.g. same electoral areas (initially randomly chosen) but for each
consequtive survey use the same area but randomly selected individuals
within the electoral area. Or should it be simply each time a random
selection of the sampling unit and then random selection of individuals
in sampling unit.
