I am new to this list so I hope this is an appropriate post. There is a
free resource on a site operated by a US firm that are organizational
change agents in the healthcare industry. Headed up by Barry Scheur, the
site is http://www.scheur.com and they have an online question and answer
service related to healthcare called Ask SMG.

You may be able to find some help there
