Hello,

Has anyone conducted or has knowledge of a telephone survey with parents that examined:  parents perception of what they need to raise healthy children; parents knowledge/use of services; barriers that parents experienced in accessing services in the community; and parents suggestions for improvement of services?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
