Hello

Could you please guide me to a definition of 'health promotion
development'?

I'm interested in organisational systems for health promotion, or what is
sometimes called 'infrastructure for health promotion'.  Especially the
work that people do to support health promotion, but may not actually get
involved in its delivery.
