SMARTRISK Foundation

SMARTRISK is a national injury prevention organization created in 1992.
SMARTRISK helps people see the risks in their everyday lives and shows them
how to take those risks in the smartest way possible so that they can enjoy
life to the fullest. SMARTRISK is an Affiliate partner of the Canadian
Health Network (CHN) and supports the CHN by providing expert advice and
responding to inquiries on injury prevention. SMARTRISK is seeking
applicants for three full-time positions.

Project Manager – Canadian Health Network Partnership
The Project Manager will oversee operations of SMARTRISK as the Affiliate
partner for the CHN.  He/she will be responsible for: leadership; strategic
direction; program planning & reporting; and supervising SMARTRISK CHN

Health Promotion Consultant – Canadian Health Network Partnership
The Health Promotion Consultant will develop partnerships with injury
prevention organizations. He/she will be responsible for: researching injury
prevention issues; review of CHN Web site content; update of Frequently
Asked Questions; and responses to information requests. For a detailed job

Information Scientist  – Canadian Health Network Partnership
The Information Scientist will search and catalogue resources on injury
prevention for the CHN Web site. He/she will be responsible for review of
CHN Web site content; information retrieval and searches; converting
materials into html formats; acquisition, categorization, storage and
