Greetings,

I have been asked to find "a few good articles or references" describing
how someone has gone about measuring personal changes that people
experience as a result of participating in a community development
process. For example, what kinds of knowledge and skills have participants
gained as a result of their participation, and what impacts have these had
on their lives and/or their health?

I am not sure even what kinds of search terms I would use to find this in
the archives or the research literature.

If any of you have references relating to this topic, or if you have some
suggestions of what search terms I should use, I would love to hear from
you. I would be happy to distribute whatever I come up with to the list.

Thanks so much,
