Greetings!

The Ontario HIV Treatment Network is an organization that funds HIV
treatment research in the province of Ontario, Canada.

The OHTN would like to hear your suggestions as to how it should prioritize
funding for project areas in HIV care and treatment. This survey is
designed to collect your feedback by October 30, 2001. Your feedback will
provide an update to key decision makers within the OHTN regarding the
current and emerging important areas in HIV research and programming. From
your feedback, the OHTN hopes to gain a better understanding of your needs
for future information and investigation.

If you live in Ontario and are a/an:
