Does anyone know of experts (local, national or international) who could
speak to, and provide experiences about, developing intersectoral
collaboration to improve community health? Some areas of interest include: a
conceptual framework, criteria for intersectoral collaboration to work
effectively, best practices, assisting health and social services
organizations to get beyond culture and language divides, engaging citizens
etc. All of this is within a health promotion/healthy communities framework.

Thanks
Elaine
