Subject: strong evidence linking HP and prevention to better health outcom

Hi,

I'm looking for references (for a colleague) to papers that demonstrate the
effectiveness of health promotion and prevention to lower mortality and
morbidity rates or increased overall health status of a population, such as
the North Karelia project (I need a reference to this too).

If you know of any references or sites that I should visit for more
information please let me know.

Thank you kindly for your help.

Donna
