"Inequality is bad for our hearts: why low income and social exclusion are
major causes of heart disease in Canada" can now be read and dowenloaded from
http://depts.washington.edu/eqhlth/paperA15.html

This is also an advanced notice that this report is being extensively updated
and revised and should be available within 2-4 weeks. The title is TBA.

1. The report will update the content with the latest research and conceptual
analyses that has been published in the past six months.

2. Will include a new section containing a critique on the unintended effects
of lifestyles approaches to heart health.

3. Will consider the ideological and political reasons for resistance to a
social determinants or structural approach to heart health by the health care
and public health communities.
