2nd Announcement for the 

4th Nordic Health Promotion Research Conference  in Västerås 10-13 June 2003 

 

"Paradigm shift in health promotion research" with focus on Practical implications based on the paradigm shift in research design philosophy and methodology.

 

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

 

We are pleased to provide the opportunity for interested parties to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations at the 4th Nordic Health Promotion Research Conference.

 

The guidelines regarding abstract content and the details regarding their submission could be found at

We would request that you send in your application for review by the Scientific Committee no later than 15 March 2003. Once all submissions have been received, further notification and confirmation as to the acceptance of the abstract will follow shortly after this closing date.

 

Research Course during the Conference: 

Reflexive Program Evaluation - the New Paradigm of Health Promotion Evaluation Research

This doctoral research course is developed in collaboration between Karolinska Institutet, Department of Public Health Sciences and Department of Social and Preventive Médicine, Université de Montréal, Canada..

 

This course is targeted for research students in public health and social sciences. But, it will also be of value for post-doctoral students.

This course will mainly be implemented using distance learning facilities on Internet ( Luvit Learning Lab facilities). It will start May 1 2003 and run until September 15 2003. During the 4:th Nordic Health Promotion Research Conference in June 10-13th there will be skillbuilding seminars for the participants of the course.
