Greetings,

I am one of the CLICK4HP health promotion listserv facilitators. Along
with 1234 other subscribers of the list - we all received messages about
'unsubscribe xxxx'. But no one on the list besides myself and the other
list host Sam Lanfranco, and the person who wants to be unsubscribed, can
take any action on a subscription.

Please contact the list-owners if you have requests about your
subscription, about posting messages, and about searching the archives.
We are easy to reach - send an email message to:

[log in to unmask] OR
[log in to unmask]

In every message posted to CLICK4HP about unsubscribing there is a footer
that indicates how you can unsubscribe. Possibly it is not clear enough.
It says:
To unsubscribe send one line: unsubscribe click4hp to: [log in to unmask] .
To view archives or modify subscription see:
http://listserv.yorku.ca/archives/click4hp.html

For clearer instructions:
If you wish to unsubscribe yourself, or change your subscription options,
for example to 'set click4hp NOMAIL' which stops incoming messages while
you are on holiday; please send an email message to the LISTSERV computer,
not to the list. The email address of the LISTSERV for CLICK4HP is:

[log in to unmask]

Leave the subject line completely blank, and in the body of the message
type in the following command

UNSUBSCRIBE CLICK4HP
end

If you put the 'end' in after the command it will go through easier,
especially if you have signature files or other text that is inserted
after your message text by your email system (such as Yahoo's promotional
bit).
If you wish to change your subscription option to NOMAIL while you are
away (and save us from 'Out of Office' replies), please address an email
to
[log in to unmask]
then in the body of the message put in the command:
SET CLICK4HP NOMAIL

When you return, to turn on the CLICK4HP messages, you would just send
another email message to the listserver, with a similar command (nothing
in the Subject line!) of
SET CLICK4HP MAIL

Please do not hesitate to contact the list facilitators through either of
the above addresses if you have any questions!

sincerely,

Alison Stirling,
CLICK4HP co-facilitator
