Come visit CHN's Health Promotion section! Take a tour and take a short survey!
The Health Promotion section of the Canadian Health Network web site focuses on the determinants of health, healthy public policy, community action, specific population groups, various settings (workplaces, schools, communities), and critical issues in the prevention of diseases.
Visit the Health Promotion collection, by selecting the Health Promotion page on the left-hand side of the CHN Homepage at: www.canadian-health-network.ca. Resources can be sorted alphabetically, by date, or by organization. You can also search using our "Quick Link" tab, which highlights some common topics of interest.
