Dear all,

I am assisting a colleague who is gathering information on policy and best practices on healthy ageing in low and middle income countries globally, for a WHO report.
Thought I would tap into this group hoping some of you can provide some good examples ( case study, or some references) of interventions promoting healthy ageing in
LMIC: they could be targeted at the individual (interventions aiming at changing knowledge, attitudes, beliefs or building personal skills e.g.
health literacy), at communities and settings (this would be especially important in terms of policy-makers or local authorities taking
decisions), at the health sector (but not medically-oriented) or at the physical and social environment.

Many thanks in advance,

Paola
