Thanks so much for that posting- I work at Gateway Community Health Centre
in Tweed Ontario-(a small rural town in Eastern Ontario) I found your site
an excellent resource for our health promotion team as we are currently in
the process of doing our planning for the team and evidence based practice
is extremely important to our Family Physicians on the team.
