Hi Elaine
I'm not sure whether you know about a report by Professor Beverley Raphael
called "A population health model for the provision of mental health care"
It was written for the National Mental Health Strategy in Australia. ISBN
number 0 642 44661 X. The Mental Health Website may also provide some
useful information. www.mentalhealth.gov.au

Kind Regards
