Description:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),
Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention is airing a live satellite
broadcast featuring four behavioral interventions:
Popular Opinion Leader, VOICES/VOCES, MPowerment,
and Promise. Viewers will hear from researchers on the core
elements of each intervention.
The broadcast will feature programs from around the country
implementing the interventions in minority communities.
Viewwers will also receive information on how they can
sign up for training and technical assistance for these
interventions.

Please distribute this announcement as soon as possible
to colleagues and network partners through various
means such as E-mail, mailings, handouts at meetings/
conferences, calendars, newsletters and websites.

Encourage organizations to begin setting up viewing
sites and promoting attendance now.
