Try contacting the Waterloo Region Health Unit - they were running a
program where they loaned computers that had been donated to them to
families in the community in order to allow them to access health
resources.

Subject: Reaching Rural Women on-line

Does anyone have any information on how to reach women in rural
communities
through the internet? On-line access, cost and comfort-level are major
issues in many rural areas and I am wondering whether there have been
any
programs or initiatives that have met with success.

Thanks!
