I have just received an interesting request to the Health Promotion Clearinghouse
(NS) and I was wondering if you could provide me some direction please?

My client is looking for a basic survey that can be administered to to staff and
volunteers (of a VON branch), to assess their baseline health promotion knowledge.
Is anyone familiar with any existing surveys?
