This source is not specific to the ethnic communities you identified and you may already know of it. But in case you don't, it is the RNAO best practice guideline for promoting continence.  It is recent, based on available evidence, and rigorously evaluated in the field but I'm not sure if in diverse ethnic groups. It is at least a start.
