I am posting this to CLICK4HP as an example of how the internet (and
ecommerce) are addressing problems like the multiple billing forms for
dental insurance in the U.S. It is a sign of the times.

We can only speculate on where all this leads in terms of comsumer
empowerment and access to affordable quality health care. It is notable
that the billing service _and_ digital Xray services are coming from the
same ASP (application service provider). This is part of the movement away
from stand alone installed software, and toward online ASP's.
