Ottawa is pleased to be hosting the fourth annual Health Promotion Summer
School. The program has been designed to include what has worked best in
past years plus some innovative new ideas. Planned with both the seasoned
health promotion practitioner and those newer to the health promotion field
in mind, the program will provide choice, diversity, practical applications,
community experiences, and a variety of learning methods.
Choose from four concurrent sessions:
* Health Promotion and Population Health
* Evaluating Health Promotion Programs
* Developing and Influencing Public Policy
* Partnerships
We offer an exciting mix of faculty, many of them from eastern Ontario. In
addition to the sessions and formats that have been popular in previous
years, we have added:
* Display and resources area
* Summer School cafe
* Mix-and-match concurrent sessions with toolboxes
* Francophone-Anglophone reception
