Hello,

A colleague and I have been asked to develop definitions, suggested uses, and templates for the following different types of documents:  position papers, discussion papers, background papers, briefing notes, policy papers, and issue analysis. There tends to be tremendous overlap in the use of some of these terms so we are trying to create some clarity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
